Sumario:

A lo largo de su historia, los derechos humanos se han visto influenciados por el pensamiento filosófico y teológico, específicamente de la Ilustración; se analizarán dos momentos fundamentales y la influencia que tuvieron en las declaraciones de derechos que se dieron en el siglo XVIII y en 1948, además de establecer si es necesario realizar una distinción entre derechos humanos y derechos fundamentales.

Summary:

Throughout their history, human rights have been influenced by philosophical and theological thought, specifically from the Enlightenment. Two fundamental moments, and the influence they had on the declarations of rights that occurred in the eighteenth century and in 1948, will be analyzed, besides establishing whether it is necessary to make a distinction between human rights and fundamental rights.
